Charming design elements throughout the hotel create a cozy atmosphere. Beautiful medieval basement dining area serves an excellent breakfast spread with fresh options and great coffee.
Parking is a bit of a headache due to tight spaces and nearby public lots often being full. Room sizes could be cramped for some, and the bathroom might need extra shelf space, especially for those planning longer stays.

Here’s what works – and what doesn’t
The charming boutique design and welcome chocolates made our stay extra special! The tasty breakfast offered many options with great coffee, really setting the day right!
Parking is a challenge! The hard pillows were uncomfortable. Also, we found the shower water temperature quite inconsistent!

The hotel is in a quiet street close to the heart of Begur, perfect for strolling to local bars and restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the beautifully designed communal areas, which were spotless and perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a fantastic selection of coffee that set a great tone for the day. A bit of a steep walk back to the hotel after meals, but it was worth it for the comfort of the well-kept rooms.

Charming yet modern design really adds to the atmosphere.
Parking was an absolute nightmare! The hotel offers a tiny parking space for €15 a night, but good luck maneuvering in and out. We faced full public parking lots nearby, which turned our arrival into a frustrating ordeal. Additionally, our room had hard pillows that ruined our sleep experience, even though the air conditioning was comfortable. It's difficult to overlook these major inconveniences during an otherwise pleasant stay.

Wonderful Visit with Personalized Touches
I had an amazing time during my stay, thanks to the personalized service from Simone, who recommended local restaurants and hidden gems. The hotel is just a short stroll away from the vibrant center of Begur and offers a delightful breakfast with numerous options that kept us fueled for our adventures. The cozy yet modern room added to the experience but could have benefitted from a bit more space for comfort. Accessing the beach requires a short car ride, but that’s a small trade-off for the charm of the medieval town.

The location is perfectly quiet yet close to the vibrant town center, allowing easy access to restaurants and shops. Spotless rooms with comfortable beds provide a welcome retreat after exploring the area. Breakfast in the charming medieval basement features a great coffee selection. However, parking is challenging with no immediate access, and be prepared for a steep walk back to the hotel, which may be an inconvenience for some travelers.

Staying at El Petit Convent felt like stepping into a charming nook of Begur. The boutique design was delightful, with beautiful touches like chocolates on arrival and a cozy terrace view from my room. Breakfast offered an excellent selection of fresh options, and the coffee was a real highlight. The staff, particularly Simone, provided excellent regional recommendations that made exploring so much easier. However, the room was quite small, and the bathroom could have used additional shelf space. Parking was tricky due to location. unloading your vehicle can be a hassle. Despite those minor inconveniences, the positive aspects made this a lovely stay.
